Its begun Made a simple support to hold the speaker cabs in place while working on . Ended up with a nice layer of glue between the ply sheets . Cheers

Where are the photos of it being attacked with a router?

Router , saw & Fein multimaster . Some tools aren't meant to be used on curved surfaces .

If you noticed the gouge in the bottom edge of the cabinet :-O . That happened when the guide bearing on the router bit collapsed
It's a bit like watching a stripper get the gear off... =D>

The tricky part using the router to do the radius corners on a curve . Made a flexi jig
Trial fit of the baffle ,it needs to go down another 30mm .The baffle edges need to be rebated to match up to the braces .
How many man-hours in total so far?
Don't they normally come in pairs?
