Have to say though...I'd be gun shy about applying those sheets in one big piece. Simply in terms of management. So I'm intrgued to know how it turns out...

The frames are done .next to fit the baffles .

We made a jig out of 2 spare brace's . So we could router a matching curve in the front baffle to match up with the horizontal braces .
