Some of you may remember that at Bathurst the two speakers were different. One had an offset tweeter, to test the theory that this will give better off-axis response curves. I have finally done some measurements of the offset tweeter and the …

Jules and Seano, surely where you live wood must be cheaper? Our stove needs to be 'lit up" to burn efficiently, there's no "low" setting really. I think I have to come up with a better policy for this winter.

Pity you aren't in Sydney... Then I could use your parents and FIL's place as well )

Hah hah, I don't think this unit tunes into that channel :-P Definitely a unit for a dark room. Connecting a computer really shows the difference in brightness. OK, I have a question about remotes. Having three really is a pain. HDMI CEC didn'…

Owh. Hey some parts of Sydney are nice! Like our bit Once you get here just don't try and leave is my motto. Maybe you might like to swing by this time next year for a day or two.

PHWOAHHRRR!!!!! I'm not really an HT guy but this is really nice. Just unpacked it and started watching a Blu-ray. But I stupidly went into the "Apps" and now something is downloading. Think about what our parents watched 50 years ago. I'm gue…

Slow but steady is our Nigel.

And... it's 2014 already! I feel positive today.

Well, Harvey Norman had the Panasonic 50" today for $997 so we got one. They'll deliver it on Tuesday. Thanks for the offer Nigel! But I read that plasmas shouldn't be laid flat when transporting. When are we doing those measurements anyway?

I hear Bugatti's are hard to steer. Ferraris are worse though! How did you get to the Central Coast? Long drive just to go for a bike ride :O Sounds like you had fun though :-b
