But seriously, good luck with the sale Mal. All our neighbours are selling up and moving out, the house next door just had the sign put up today, and the one next to that sold a couple of weeks ago. We're wondering if it's something we said.

Gill and I have a signed contract but its subject to sale. We went that way because we were able to sign up on another home under the same conditions .
The contract finishes on the 29th of this month ,we also loose the other home .Better this way than getting bridging finance and ending up with 2 mortgages .Or having sell really cheap .
