The tricky part using the router to do the radius corners on a curve . Made a flexi jig Trial fit of the baffle ,it needs to go down another 30mm .The baffle edges need to be rebated to match up to the braces . Cheers

If you noticed the gouge in the bottom edge of the cabinet :-O . That happened when the guide bearing on the router bit collapsed
