    The frames are done .next to fit the baffles .

  • We made a jig out of 2 spare brace's . So we could router a matching curve in the front baffle to match up with the horizontal braces .

    Have to say though...I'd be gun shy about applying those sheets in one big piece. Simply in terms of management. So I'm intrgued to know how it turns out...
