The frames are done .next to fit the baffles .

We made a jig out of 2 spare brace's . So we could router a matching curve in the front baffle to match up with the horizontal braces .

5mm bendy ply , 1 &1/2 sheets per layer , 4 layers all up .

Your gunna have glue coming out of every orifice within a 5 metre radius.
You gunna shrink wrap it?

Only if he applies his glue with a mop...
Have to say though...I'd be gun shy about applying those sheets in one big piece. Simply in terms of management. So I'm intrgued to know how it turns out...
